The Test Consultants was founded in 2010 to deliver software and system testing services. Since then, we have been engaged with Department of Defence projects. In the beginning, we have provided specialised Test and Evaluation (T&E) services with focus on ICT systems. Our services were extended to cover System Engineering activities for the whole span of Defence Capability Life Cycle model. The T&E services we are offering ranges from TEMPS writing to managing test conduct of Developmental Test & Evaluation, Acceptance and Operational Test & Evaluation. In system engineering, we deliver services for activities such as: requirements development, detailed design, engineering management and planning, developing and producing engineering artifacts such as SEMP, PCP, TEMP, FPS’s, MTP’s, DTP’s etc.
